JOB DESCRIPTION: Experienced Construction Site Superintendent

Large Scale Construction Site Superintendent that specializes in Multi-Million Dollar Projects. Historical Restoration experience preferred. This will be a full-time, on-site Job in Baton Rouge LA. - Must be able to commute or relocate nearby.

Stone and Lime Imports Inc. Is a Historical Restoration Company Specializing in Masonry. We are in search of an energetic, organized, dependable Construction Site Superintendent with 5+ years' experience in large scale commercial construction site Management.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Excellent construction site management skills Experience with large-scale business contractors Understanding of architectural plans, schemas, civil and structural plans Excellent scheduling and contract management skills In-depth knowledge about Procore, Bluebeam and scheduling software (P6 Or Project), or Microsoft Excel Must have 5+ years' experience overseeing large scale site operations. Excellent technical report writing skills Experience supervising a crew of 30+ employees
