What You'll Do

We are seeking bright, ambitious individuals who want to learn the craft of Executive Recruiting. You'll be trained directly by Senior Recruiters who rank in the top 1% of our profession--learning how to become a true "talent scout" for our clients.

Average Senior Recruiters earn $100K+ annually Year-one expected earnings: $55K+ Compensation includes: Base Salary + Commissions + Bonuses + Incentives + Perks

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree required Strong drive to succeed; high-energy self-starter Resilience--doesn't get discouraged easily Must genuinely love being on the phone all day (Realistically: you'll make 75+ outbound calls per day to make it here) Comfortable working both independently and within a high-performing team Enjoys a relaxed, business-casual atmosphere (Wear whatever you want) Appreciates a desk with a window view on in-office days (If your home office doesn't have a window... that one's on you!)

Hybrid Work Structure

Initial training is on-site in our Glastonbury office After ramp-up, the role transitions to virtual / work-from-home

Pay: $40,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
