Executive Assistant / Problem Solver

This role is critical in the support of our Executive Leadership, ensuring organizational operations run smoothly, efficiently, and correctly. You will be a key player in helping execute the vision of the CEO, and creating efficiencies for her so she can spend more time on strategy and growth.

Responsibilities



Manage executive calendars and scheduling Handle inquiries professionally Prepare, proofread, and transcribe documents Support training and event coordination Maintain organized filing and records Track deadlines and support projects Manage confidential correspondence Attend occasional in-person meetings

Requirements



Executive or administrative assistant experience Strong organizational and follow-through skills Microsoft Office & Google Workspace proficiency Excellent typing and proofreading Clear professional communication Ability to juggle priorities Experience with Zoom, DocuSign, office tools
