Our office is growing and we need someone who we can trust to be a friendly face! The position is
part-time
with flexible hours. The Executive Assistant will have the opportunity to generate sales and help the agency market through social media and telemarketing.
Salary range: $15 - $20 an hour + bonues
Responsibilities
? Process customer policy change requests.
? Verify phone numbers, addresses and email addresses with each customer contact and update customer information.
? Answer incoming phone calls.
? Schedule appointments for the agency owner and colleagues if need be.
? Responds to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within a specified timeframe.
Requirements
? Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
? Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
? Great customer service skills.
? Driven and goal-oriented individual.
? Ability to tactfully handle stressful and difficult situations.
? Performing outbound calls and emails
? Meeting goals set by the agency owner.
? Insurance Experience is NOT required
Willing to obtain a license in Property & Casualty and Life & Health
