Description:

I'm looking for a reliable and proactive personal assistant to help manage my day-to-day schedule, business operations, and general tasks. This is a part-time role ideal for someone highly organized, resourceful, and comfortable working independently with minimal direction.

Responsibilities:

Manage scheduling, calendar coordination, and reminders Handle personal and professional errands as needed (in-person or online) Assist with preparing a new business for launch -- including research, vendor outreach, and organization Conduct online research and communicate with various companies, suppliers, and partners Support with other business projects and new ventures as they develop Keep track of tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups efficiently Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Qualifications:

Strong organizational and communication skills Tech-savvy (Google Workspace, email, calendar management, basic spreadsheets) Self-starter who can anticipate needs and take initiative Prior experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, or project coordinator preferred Reliable transportation and flexibility to occasionally run local errands
Schedule & Pay:

Part-time (approx. 15-25 hours/week to start) Flexible hours -- some remote work possible Compensation based on experience

Responsibilities



Manage and maintain executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements using Microsoft Outlook Calendar and Google Workspace. Provide executive administrative support such as drafting correspondence, proofreading documents, and transcribing audio or written materials. Coordinate projects and assist with event planning to ensure timely execution of company initiatives. Handle office management duties Assist with personal errands or tasks as needed to support executive priorities.

Skills



Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with professional phone etiquette. Experience with project coordination, event planning, office management, and executive administrative support. Attention to detail for proofreading, transcription, and document accuracy. Ability to handle confidential information discreetly with high integrity.
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $30.00 - $55.00 per hour
