This role is responsible for assisting the EVP, Head of Marketing with the day-to-day operation of the department, via a full-range of administrative support.

Day-to-day Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Manage heavy scheduling and calendar management, including coordinating a high volume of internal and external meetings, appointments, offsites, presentations, luncheons and/or dinners. Many meetings include bi-coastal participants.
  • Maintain accurate contacts and team distribution lists via Outlook.
  • Organize and disseminate key information to the marketing department. Compose e-mails, memos, announcements and mail for EVP and department, and respond to all inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Book transportation, accommodations and reservations for domestic and international business travel. Summarize via comprehensive itineraries.
  • Prepare Zoom calls and conference rooms for high profile meetings.
  • Prepare, submit and file T&E reports.
  • Design and update departmental documents, charts and forms via Word & Excel.
  • Work closely with EAs across Paramount to collaborate, problem solve, and maintain clear channels of communication.
  • Work efficiently & effectively with Paramount\'s support departments, i.e. travel management, facilities, technology help desk, accounts payable, etc. to fulfill job responsibilities, building bridges and key relationships as needed.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\'s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years as an assistant to a senior-level executive, preferably in the entertainment industry.
  • Adept with Mac computers and standard office equipment. Proficient in Microsoft Office software: Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel.

  • Professional and personable demeanor with an emphasis on composure, flexibility and discretion.
  • Strong interpersonal skills. Comfortable representing a department while interacting with individuals at all levels of an organization, particularly senior levels.
  • Exemplary verbal and written communication skills.
  • Superior organizational and time management skills with the ability to anticipate, prioritize and fulfill multiple tasks with an acute attention to detail and deadlines.
  • Proven ability to act autonomously in day-to-day activities.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Hiring Salary Range: $50,000.00 - 65,000.00.

The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York City, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement.
