Mountain-Pacific Quality Health is a nonprofit organization partnering within our communities to provide solutions for better health. Since opening our doors in Helena, Montana, in 1973, we have broadened our reach to include Wyoming, Alaska, Hawaii and the U.S. Pacific Territories of Guam, American Samoa and the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands. We partner with health care providers, practitioners, stakeholders and patients on a variety of quality improvement initiatives to achieve better care, better population health and lower health care costs. We have an opening for a Executive Assistant (Hybrid or Onsite) We are looking for an executive assistant who will provide high-level administrative support to the chief executive officer and senior leadership. Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating activities and providing support to ensure company goals and objectives are
accomplished and operations run efficiently
  • Maintaining and refining internal processes that support high-ranking executives companywide
  • Coordinating internal and external resources to expedite workflows
  • Managing communication with employees by liaising with internal and external executives on
various projects and tasks
  • Planning and coordinating work to ensure senior executives\xe2\x80\x99 priorities are met, organizational
goals are achieved, and best practices are upheld The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize their work using tools like MS Excel, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote, DocuSign and other office equipment. A successful candidate would have a high school diploma, associate degree or equivalent preferred and previous executive assistant, personal assistant or similar experience as well as knowledge of office management systems and procedures, proficiency in Microsoft Office, excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work, attention to detail, problem-solving skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task while meeting deadlines.
