Lake Superior Consulting is seeking an Executive Assistant to join our team!

We're looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our President. This is a great chance to gain experience in a fast-paced business environment, work directly with senior leadership, and build a strong foundation for your career.

What You'll Do

In this role, you'll learn and grow while taking on a variety of responsibilities, including:
Stay Organized: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel to keep things running smoothly. Support Communication: Draft emails, prepare meeting materials, and help with presentations and reports. Coordinate Projects & Events: Assist with planning company meetings, events, and leadership sessions. Keep Track of Priorities: Follow up on action items and deadlines to help the president stay on track. Be a Trusted Partner: Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

What We're Looking For

Education:

Associate or bachelor's degree preferred (Business, Communications, or a related field). Equivalent experience will also be considered.

Experience:

Professional or internship experience in an office, customer service, or project support role.

Skills:

+ Strong organizational and time-management skills
+ Clear written and verbal communication
+ Strong critical thinking skills
+ Comfort using Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Lake Superior Consulting offers a competitive compensation package. The actual starting salary will be determined based on a variety of factors, including your skills, experience, and office/market location. The anticipated salary/hourly range for this position is $25-30 per hour.
