Overview

We are seeking a skilled Excavator Operator to join our team on various construction projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in operating heavy machinery, particularly excavators, loaders & skid steers. Need to have experience with foundation prep, septic sysetms & underground utility work

Responsibilities

Operate excavators and other heavy equipment such as loaders, backhoes, and dump trucks on construction sites. Maintaning, cleaning checking he equipment everyday! Perform digging, grading, and paving tasks according to project specifications. Ensure the safe and efficient operation of machinery while adhering to safety protocols. Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance. Collaborate with team members to coordinate tasks and achieve project goals. Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times. Assist in the transportation of materials using water trucks when necessary.

Experience

Proven experience as an Excavator Operator or in a similar role within the construction industry. Strong mechanical knowledge related to heavy equipment operation and maintenance. Familiarity with Need to have experience with foundation prep, septic systems & underground utility work Ability to operate various types of heavy machinery including but not limited to loaders, backhoes, dump trucks, and water trucks. Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with crew members.

Pay: $26.43 - $31.83 per hour
