DISC Surgery Center is seeking a

Full-Time

EVS Aide

for our

Thousand Oaks

location. This position hours will vary but will require availability to work Monday - Friday. The EVS aide plays a pivotal role in supporting Registered Nurses and Doctors across our two operating rooms.


In this position, you will:

Perform general cleaning of the facility, patient care area and staff spaces Equipment maintenance Handle specimen transport Assist with room turnover and case set up Assist in patient transfers to/from the OR, including discharge Load, unload and stock supplies Provide pre-op support and aid the OR team in positioning of patients and preparation.

To ensure success in this role, you should have:

Prior EVS background required, with experience in terming cleaning, adhering to strict infection control guidelines and comprehensive understanding of OSHA guidelines The ability to lift 25 lbs Familiarity with terminal cleaning, medical terminology, equipment, and operating room protocols are preferred


Pay Range: $18.00 - $25.00
