The Common Man Windham is currently seeking experienced banquet servers to join our expert catering team. We are an established restaurant with several event rooms used to host small weddings, showers and business meetings. We execute multiple events a day year-round. We are a proud member of The Common Man Family of Restaurants and are known for our fantastic service.

Candidates must have serving and/or banquet/catering experience, be hard working, reliable, and have a passion for hospitality.

Night and Weekend availability required.

If you are an experienced event server or bartender that is looking for a second job or are looking to start a new career in a very lucrative and rewarding industry, we would love to speak to you.

o Must be able to pass Team certification yearly.
o Serve three to four tables, as determined by event management.
o Have complete knowledge of event food and beverage preparation.
o Ability to sell alcohol items.
o Able to interact with guests in a friendly/fast and hospitable manner.
o Maintain specific side-work and ensure the total cleanliness and smooth operation of the facility.
o Ability to clear and reset tables.
o Check identification of guests to ensure guests are of legal age to consume alcoholic beverages. Refuse to serve beverages in a polite manner to guests who are not of legal age.
o If consuming alcoholic beverages, observe guest's behavior, count number of drinks served, and if the server feels they should not drive, offer a taxi. Do not hesitate to ask a manager to intervene.
o All guests must be treated in a manner to ensure their complete satisfaction. Always strive to exceed guests' expectations.
o Report to work in a neat and clean uniform. Well-groomed hair and personal hygiene are essential.
o Assist with other functions as instructed by the General Manager.
o Uphold Common Man's high standards and deliver WOW service.

Hours will vary between days, night, weekends and holidays.

Must be 18 or older.
