About the Role

We're seeking ambitious and personable

Event Sales Representatives

to help grow private event bookings for our Atlanta-based restaurant and event venue. This is a

commission-only independent contractor opportunity

, ideal for self-motivated individuals with strong networking and sales skills who love connecting people with memorable experiences.

Responsibilities

Promote and represent our event-space offerings to individuals, corporate clients, and community organizations. Generate qualified leads through networking, social media, and relationship building. Refer interested clients to management for final scheduling and booking confirmation. Maintain consistent follow-up communication to help convert inquiries into confirmed events. Represent the brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and integrity.

Compensation

Commission-only position

percentage of each confirmed, fully paid event booking.

Commissions are earned only after full client payment is received and the event is completed.

Average commission percentage:

5-10% of the total booking

, depending on event size and performance. Contractors receive a

1099 form

for tax reporting (no hourly pay, salary, or employee benefits).

Qualifications

Experience in

sales, real estate, event coordination, or hospitality

preferred. Strong interpersonal, communication, and networking abilities. Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently. Professional, organized, and reliable. Must reside in or near the

Metro Atlanta area

and possess local market familiarity.
