Sazama\'s Fine Catering (a division of Saz\'s Hospitality Group) has a rare opening on our management team at the Marcus Performing Arts Center in bustling downtown Milwaukee. Sazama\'s Fine Catering is proud to be the exclusive caterer for ALL events at MPAC.

MPAC is the premier performing arts and community gathering space in Southeastern Wisconsin, bringing high-quality arts and cultural programming to the region. The touring Broadway Series is recognized as bringing the Best of Broadway entertainment to Milwaukee. Additionally, MPAC is home to a variety of resident arts partners, such as Milwaukee Ballet and Florentine Opera Company. MPAC also provides venues for weddings, meetings, events, and performances.

In this role, you\'ll:

\xc2\xb7 Act as event lead to ensure successful execution of all types of events

\xc2\xb7 Direct pre-event meetings with team members

\xc2\xb7 Serve as on-site point of contact for clients and vendors

\xc2\xb7 Participate in management meetings

\xc2\xb7 Assist with personnel management, including scheduling, hiring, coaching, etc.

\xc2\xb7 Collaborate with F & B Manager

\xc2\xb7 Manage inventory for linens, beverages/liquor, props, event d\xc3\xa9cor, supplies

\xc2\xb7 And much more \xe2\x80\xa6

We use Caterease and Nowsta software, in addition to Microsoft Office and Google Suite.

Please have 3-5 years\' related experience in catering and/or event operations. Weekends and evenings required, as is creativity, high-energy, organization and time management and a passion for service.
