Ascend Management Group, a respected sales and business consulting firm, is seeking a qualified Event Associate to join our team in Newington. This role involves representing our premier client, Frontier, by facilitating brand engagement at retail-focused events. The successful candidate will help promote Frontier's internet, TV, and phone services while driving customer acquisition and brand awareness.

As an Event Associate, you will play a vital role in promoting the Frontier Retail campaign through direct customer interaction at promotional events and public venues. This position demands a high level of professionalism and strategic execution to effectively convey Frontier's service offerings. Your contributions will strengthen Frontier's brand presence, drive customer growth, and support key marketing goals.

Role Requirements for an Event Associate

Serve as a designated brand ambassador for Frontier Telecommunications in our big-box retail partner stores, representing the client at scheduled promotional sales events. Assist with the logistical execution of event operations, including the setup, maintenance, and breakdown of branded displays and marketing materials. Communicate key product information regarding Frontier's internet, TV, and phone services to prospective customers clearly and professionally, throughout the entire sales process. Collect and document customer data to identify qualified leads for follow-up by the designated sales team. Ensure all event materials and presentation standards align with Frontier's brand guidelines and campaign objectives. Collaborate with the event marketing team to meet defined performance metrics, lead generation targets, and overall campaign goals.
