Marketing Director & Event Planner

What You'll Do:

Acquire, Schedule, plan, and run outreach events

(health fairs, screenings, lectures, community festivals, pop-ups, etc.) to connect with local residents and businesses

Drive brand recognition

in fresh, non-traditional ways that spark curiosity and build trust. No generic advertising here

Create and manage social media content

that tells our story and showcases our values, culture, and results

Lead media planning efforts

strategically select the best platforms, timing, and messaging to maximize exposure and community engagement

Organize and implement in office events

that surprise and delight patients while increasing retention and referrals

What We're Looking For:

A natural people-person with excellent communication skills

Someone that isn't afraid to pick up the phone

Self-motivated and able to take initiative without constant oversight

Creative thinker with a pulse on social trends and community engagement

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Comfortable with social media platforms and basic content creation
