Responsibilities
Follow a highly process-oriented system
Review project plans and specifications for accuracy and constructability
Prepare and analyze detailed estimates, quantity take-offs, and subcontractor/vendor bids
Develop subcontractor/vendor lists and maintain strong relationships
Issue bid invitations and coordinate scope across trades
Prepare general conditions, schedules, and cost management options
Support change orders, permitting cost estimates, and budget reviews
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field preferred
Experience with PlanSwift/Bluebeam (or something similar) preferred, but not essential
Strong willingness to use software
5+ years of estimating or preconstruction experience (10+ years preferred)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Knowledge of BuilderTrend software is a plus
