Role: Senior Estimator - Luxury Residential Construction

Location: Naples, Florida

Salary: $120,000-$160,000 + Benefits

As our Senior Estimator, you'll take ownership of all estimating activities for high-end custom homes, typically valued at $15M and above. You'll work closely with our internal teams, architects, designers, and subcontractors to deliver precise, transparent, and well-structured estimates that balance creativity, craftsmanship, and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Lead all estimating functions for luxury residential projects--from concept through final bid. Review and analyze architectural and engineering drawings, specifications, and related documents to prepare detailed cost estimates. Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, designers, and trade partners to ensure accuracy and alignment with design intent. Develop clear scopes of work, trade breakdowns, and cost analyses across all materials and systems. Manage the bidding process, including sourcing, soliciting, and negotiating with subcontractors and suppliers. Contribute to value engineering and cost-optimization initiatives without compromising quality or design vision. Present budgets and estimates confidently to clients and internal teams. Stay current on market conditions, material costs, labor rates, and regional construction trends specific to Southwest Florida.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience as a Senior Estimator in luxury residential construction, ideally with projects in the $10M-$20M+ range. Deep understanding of high-end construction methods, luxury finishes, and bespoke building systems. Proficiency with estimating software (BlueBeam, Sage Estimating, Buildertrend, or similar). Exceptional analytical, mathematical, and organizational skills. Ability to read and interpret complex architectural drawings and specifications. Strong communication and collaboration skills with a client-focused approach. Familiarity with Naples and Collier County construction regulations and permitting processes is strongly preferred.
