Responsibilities
Manage assigned territories, schedule appointments, and pursue bid opportunities.
Conduct site visits to commercial properties to gather measurements and assess project requirements.
Review plans and blueprints to determine material, labor, and equipment needs.
Prepare and submit accurate cost estimates and project proposals.
Collaborate with clients to ensure clarity on project specifications and expectations.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
Ensure all estimating activities comply with company standards and project timelines.
Requirements
Previous experience in fencing, construction estimating, or a related trade.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.
Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Physical ability to perform fieldwork, including walking, lifting, and climbing.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Ability to manage multiple projects with accuracy and attention to deadlines.
