Kinsley Power Systems is seeking an ERP Analyst. The ERP Analyst is responsible for providing technical support and operations expertise for the Company\'s ERP (Microsoft Dynamics GP and Key2Act Signature) system. The role includes communication of best practices, data integrity, and efficiency activities, correction of transactional issues, and user support. This position works with users in all departments of the company and at all levels.

ERP Analyst Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design and implement ERP solutions
• Analyze and evaluate ERP system to identify areas of improvement and optimization
• Support integration of new features into the ERP system
• Work as primary user support for ERP-related issues
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to ERP system functionality
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in ERP systems, and recommend system enhancements and process improvements as necessary
• Other duties as assigned

Preferred ERP Analyst Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent plus three+ years related experience; equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered on a case-by-case basis
• Minimum five years of experience working with Dynamics GP
• Experience with GL, AP, AR, Inventory, Service, Job Cost and Fixed Assets
• Knowledge of Smartlist Builder, Extender and eConnect
• MS SQL, SSRS, Management Reporter experience
• Accounting/Finance experience
• Project Management experience
• Proven ability to interact with internal stakeholders, build relationships, solve problems, and communicate clearly
