Job Description

We're looking for an Equipment Salesman to join our growing team!

Job duties would include:

Sell new and used agricultural and construction equipment

Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers

Understand equipment specs, financing options, and product lines

Manage leads, follow up on inquiries, and close deals

Work with the service and parts team to ensure total customer satisfaction

Assist with events, demos, and trade shows

Qualifications:

Sales Experience a plus

Basic mechanical understanding of ag/construction equipment

Current and valid driver's license, Clean MVR

Ability to pass pre-employment drug test

Strong Computer Skills

Customer Service Skills

Willingness to travel regionally for customer calls

Ability to work both independently and as a part of a team
