Job Summary: Responsible for maintaining the organization and operations of the shop. Ensure effective and efficient processing, recording, care, and maintenance of inventory, tools, equipment, and materials as assigned.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist with the overall care, maintenance, cleanliness, and organization of shop tools, equipment, and materials.
• Maintain accurate records, documentation, and correspondence as assigned.
• Assist with the inventory of tools, materials, and equipment.
• Equipment maintenance, clean-up, repair, and operation.
• Organize job boxes and load out jobs.
• Hazardous material containment; identifying, labeling, and shipment of hazardous materials.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse at all times.
• Provide manual labor as requested.
• Back- up driver, delivery and pick up equipment, tools, and/or inventory as requested.
• While it is impossible to list every duty that may be asked of an employee, the Employer may ask that an employee do other duties as the business need arises.
• Attend meetings as requested.

Key Requirements, Education, and Experience:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Valid State Issued Driver\'s license.
• Good math and reading skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills with diverse people.
• Highly organized, efficient time management, excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent critical thinking, problem solving, priority setting, and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to follow company policy, procedures, and adhere to company values and culture.
• One or more years of experience in maintenance and repair of equipment is preferred.
• Maintaining a quality of work while staying on time.
• Maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance.
