Environmental Services Director
to lead maintenance, housekeeping, and safety operations, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the Environmental Services team.
Oversee preventative maintenance, repairs, and facility upkeep.
Manage vendor relations, supplies, and departmental budgets.
Ensure regulatory compliance and exceptional resident satisfaction.
Coordinate emergency responses and safety procedures.
Foster a team culture focused on service, quality, and community pride.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required; degree preferred.
5+ years of maintenance leadership experience (senior living or healthcare preferred).
Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and building maintenance.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Availability for on-call and emergency response duties.
