As an Environmental Sales Trainee, you'll work face-to-face with customers, delivering a superior customer experience while guiding them through Arcadia's available plans and services to ensure they receive the solution best suited for their individual needs. The Environmental Sales Trainee will be trained to become an expert in customer outreach and clean energy initiatives, creating personalized solutions that enhance brand visibility and drive growth. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth sales process--from initial consultation to closing the sale. Key Responsibilities of the Environmental Sales Trainee:
Engage directly with customers to educate and promote Arcadia's clean energy service options to eligible customers
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries regarding renewable energy initiatives and resolving concerns with a professional, solution-oriented approach
Educate customers on Arcadia's latest technology and the features and benefits of community solar programs, ensuring they feel confident in their purchase
Collaborate with internal sales and outreach marketing teams to exceed sales goals and increase market share for our clients
Stay up to date on relevant industry trends, promotions, and new product offerings
Maintain and manage customer accounts with attention to detail and a commitment to excellence
