Responsibilities: o Work directly with customers to explain and promote our programs o Learn and apply sales systems, tonality, and persuasion techniques o Participate in one-on-one and group training sessions o Meet and exceed weekly performance goals o Maintain a professional and positive attitude at all times o Represent AGI and our partners with enthusiasm and integrity Qualifications: o Experience in customer service or sales is a plus, but not required. o Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively with diverse audiences. o Proven track record of setting and achieving personal goals. o Willingness to learn and adapt to new sales techniques and strategies. o Ability to work independently and as part of a team. o Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities. o Positive attitude and professional demeanor in all interactions with customers and team members.
