to support data-driven analysis, reporting, and operational coordination across vendor-client initiatives. This role is ideal for early-career professionals who are comfortable working with data, documenting requirements, and supporting business decision-making.

Role Overview

As an Entry-Level Business Analyst, you will work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, support reporting efforts, and help translate requirements into clear documentation and insights. This role offers hands-on exposure to real-world business analysis and analytics work.

Key Responsibilities

Gather, document, and organize

business requirements and process workflows

Support reporting and analysis using

Excel and SQL

Assist with building and updating dashboards using

Power BI or similar data visualization tools

Track KPIs, metrics, and operational data to support decision-making Prepare documentation, summaries, and presentations for stakeholders Support coordination across vendor and client teams

Required Qualifications

0-2 years of experience in business analysis, analytics, operations, or related roles (internships or academic projects accepted) Working knowledge of

SQL

for basic queries and data analysis Strong

Excel

skills (pivot tables, formulas, data validation) Exposure to

data visualization tools

such as Power BI or Tableau Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking Clear written and verbal communication skills

Pay: $42,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Irving, TX 75038
