The Entry Level Team Member is truly the face of the brand. The Entry Level Team Member serves as a telecommunications expert when it comes to working with customers. This role entails educating customers on AT&T's product and service offerings and confidently answering any inquiries they may have. The Entry Level Team Member also handles customer complaints in a confident and professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction. Entry Level Team Member Role/Responsibilities:
Conduct engaging product presentations for customers to provide a comprehensive understanding of AT&T's products and services
Work directly with customers to provide customized solutions and product recommendations
Stay up-to-date on the latest telecommunications trends to maintain a competitive edge
Draft sales contracts, ensuring terms and conditions are clearly outlined and tailored to meet the specific needs of each subscriber
Regularly update sales databases and CRM systems to reflect current subscriber information
Generate sales reports to analyze campaign performance and identify trends
Communicate observations, ideas, or customer feedback to the Senior Customer Relations Manager
This role is entry-level, and full training is provided. No experience is required to apply. However, the ideal candidate will have:
0-3 years of experience in a customer service, sales, retail or hospitality role
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with customers and team members alike
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work in a high-energy environment
Reliable transportation and the ability to commute daily to our Jackson office
