Our enterprise systems support includes the Department of Defense\xe2\x80\x99s (DoD) GCCS-MC, CAC2S, TBMCS-MC, and the Department of Veteran\xe2\x80\x99s Affairs\xe2\x80\x99 (VA) telehealth communications. We offer acquisition management, systems engineering, Agile software development, cloud management, IT modernization, data analytics, cybersecurity, and training, including leading-edge DevSecOps, automated testing, and mobile application development.
CommIT Enterprises, Inc. is seeking an Entry Level Scrum Master to support our VA customer in Charleston, SC. The candidate is responsible for assisting in gathering and tracking requirements, facilitating and guiding team members, scheduling meetings, running DSUs, engaging with the customer, and removing impediments.
Responsibilities
Your essential job functions will include but may not be limited to-
- Using agile methodology values, principles, and practices to plan, manage, and deliver solutions.
- Determining and managing tasks, issues, risks, and action items.
- Scheduling and facilitating scrum events, meetings, and decision-making processes.
- Monitoring progress and performance and helping teams to make improvements.
- Planning and organizing demos and product/system testing.
- Ensuring the proper use of collaborative processes and removing impediments for the scrum team.
- Tracking project processes, deliverables, and financials.
- Preparing and presenting status reports to stakeholders.
Qualifications
Required Experience and Education:
- Excellent people and project management skills.
- Strong communication and reporting skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Expertise in requirements gathering and elaboration.
- Strong ability to motivate and guide people.
- Experience in the medical community is a plus.
