We're hiring an Entry Level Sales Associate who'll recommend Verizon's fiber-backed reliability and mobile continuity with the quiet confidence of someone who's seen what happens when budget broadband meets real-world demand.

As an Entry Level Sales Associate, you'll learn to spot the sigh that comes before a customer complains about their Wi-Fi. Our training ensures the Entry Level Sales Associate is ready with a Verizon solution, armed with expertise in fiber speeds, wireless reliability, and smart bundling. The Entry Level Sales Associate will develop the skill to turn that into relief, providing a service that's as dependable as you.

Key Responsibilities of the Entry Level Sales Associate



Assess customer needs in person and recommend Verizon solutions that highlight technical advantages, reliability, and bundled value. Drive sales of Verizon's full product suite, including fiber internet, wireless devices, TV packages, and home phone services. Process contracts, activations, upgrades, and account updates accurately using digital and POS systems. Resolve billing, device, and account concerns through structured escalation workflows and timely solutions that reinforce retention. Achieve and exceed sales goals set for the Entry Level Sales Associate. Participate in training programs to stay current on Verizon product launches, service enhancements, compliance requirements, and quarterly sales initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications of the Entry Level Sales Associate



High school diploma or GED preferred; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications is an asset. Experience in sales, customer support, or telecommunications. Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify and present Verizon solutions clearly to customers. Highly motivated and organized, with resilience to thrive in quota?driven environments and consistently achieve sales benchmarks. Proficiency with digital platforms, POS systems, and digital tools to manage accounts, track performance, and ensure compliance.

Pay: $900.00 - $1,100.00 per week
