We are seeking an enthusiastic Entry-Level Sales Associate (B2B) to join our dynamic sales team. This role offers upward mobility and leadership opportunities. Duties
Engage in outbound and inbound sales activities, including cold calling and lead generation to identify potential clients.
Conduct product demos and presentations tailored to client needs, showcasing the value of our solutions.
Manage existing accounts while actively pursuing new business opportunities through territory management and direct sales efforts.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective account management strategies.
Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, sales activities, and customer interactions.
Negotiate terms and close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service.
Upsell additional products or services to existing clients to maximize revenue opportunities.
Collaborate with marketing teams to support promotional campaigns and market analysis efforts.
Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends for continuous improvement.
Skills
Proven interest or experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technical sales environments.
Strong communication skills with the ability to conduct product demos and negotiate effectively.
Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or other CRM tools for managing customer relationships.
Ability to generate leads through cold calling, networking, and territory management.
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze market data and sales performance metrics.
Experience or knowledge in marketing strategies, product positioning, or retail sales is a plus.
