Entry Level Recruiter (Part-Time - Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays)

About the Role:

We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented

Entry-Level Recruiter

to join our team part-time. You'll help source great talent, coordinate interviews, and support our hiring process -- all while learning the ropes of recruiting in a fun, mission-driven environment.

Location:

Longwood, FL (ON SITE - This is not a remote opportunity)

Compensation:

Hourly rate

Responsibilities:

Source and screen candidates through job boards and social media Coordinate interviews and communicate with applicants regarding follow up, quality check-ins, and application status Maintain candidate records and update tracking systems Support Senior Recruiter in additional tasks upon request

Requirements:

Strong communication, data entry, and organizational skills HS Diploma required, recent college grads encouraged to apply!! Experience with Google applications (Google Sheets) Ability to multitask in a high-volume, fast-paced environment Basic understanding of recruitment or HR preferred (training provided) Comfortable working independently and in a team environment

Schedule:

Part-time - Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays ideal 9-4pm (Flexible as needed)
