Job Description


Seeking a passionate and hardworking individual to help execute a best-in-class resident experience by managing the development of innovative university housing and multi-family projects. This is a unique opportunity for a self-motivated and driven individual to join a dynamic development company and make significant contributions to an ambitious growth plan.

  • Report directly in to the Senior-level Project Manager.
  • Handle all day-to-day tasks, including budgets, schedules, RFIs, submittals, etc.
  • Manage the General Contractor -- involved in all meetings.
  • Coordinate directlt with all 3rd party vendors.
  • Communicate with the city for permits.
  • Travel to job sites vary (typically, a few times a month for 1-2 days at a time).

  • 5+ years of Construction experience.
  • Bachelor\'s Degree
  • Large-scale construction experience ($20M+)
  • Detail-oriented, can think quickly/strategically
  • Multi-family and/or wood-frame experience a plus

  • Base Salary: $100,000 - $115,000, dependant on experience
