Once established in the career, Fast Track to Management opportunities for qualified professionals Compensation: $60,000 - $105,000 Responsibilities:
  • Discuss financial concerns and needs with potential clients identified during the prospecting process
  • Develop and employ marketing and business plans to grow your client base
  • Present an array of potential solutions using our competitive suite of products and services to help clients identify and achieve their financial goals
  • Obtain optional licenses to sell investments and other securities products concerning wealth management and advanced planning
  • Participate in and complete the New York Life training curriculum to build your professional skills and knowledge
  • Keep bookkeeping systems, sales databases, customer records, and related organizational tools current to accurately report progress to monthly and quarterly sales quotas to stakeholders
  • Implement sales strategies to keep and build existing customer portfolios of long-term, loyal clients
  • Build relationships with new and potential clients by assessing their priorities and determining a suitable insurance plan that meets their needs
  • Stay abreast of insurance industry protocols and policy changes to ensure fulfillment of policy requirements, and monitor insurance claims to ensure mutual satisfaction
  • Annual financial review with clients to accommodate financial security" goals with life-changing events

Qualifications:
  • Growth mindset and sales experience are strongly preferred
  • Savvy business sense required
  • Must be able to engage your community and tap personal networks to identify contacts
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are required to effectively share complex ideas
  • Uncompromising integrity and responsibility required
  • Microsoft Office programs and computer skills (basic)
  • High school diploma required Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree preferred
  • Customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Must be willing to obtain an insurance license
