About the Role:

We're expanding across the U.S. and seeking motivated individuals who are interested in building a flexible, part-time or full-time career in financial services. This opportunity is ideal for those seeking a remote role, including stay-at-home professionals or anyone looking to add an additional stream of income.

No prior financial experience is required. We provide all training, licensing guidance, and mentorship to help you succeed.

Responsibilities:

Conduct Financial Needs Analysis (FNA) for clients Help clients with solutions in areas such as: Life insurance and annuities Debt management and income protection Legacy and estate planning Index strategies and retirement solutions Work with trainers and mentors to grow your business

Qualifications:

Must currently reside in the United States Must be 18+ years old Must have or be able to obtain a U.S. Social Security Number Must be able to pass a background check (no felonies) Must be willing to obtain a state Life & Health Insurance License (we assist with the process)

Preferred Skills (not required):

Leadership, customer service, or sales experience Public speaking or marketing background Entrepreneurial mindset

Compensation and Schedule:

Performance based pay Flexible schedule - can start part-time (10+ hours/week) Remote work available via Zoom Uncapped income potential

Training and Support:

Daily optional training sessions One-on-one mentorship with an experienced field trainer Step-by-step licensing support
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $30,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
