We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic

Brand Ambassador

to represent our clients' brands and engage with customers. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for promoting products. As a Brand Ambassador, you will play a crucial role in enhancing brand awareness, driving sales, and collecting valuable customer feedback.

Responsibilities

Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to promote our products and services. Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits effectively. Collect data on customer interactions and feedback to inform marketing strategies. Manage social media accounts by creating engaging content that reflects the brand's voice. Participate in event marketing initiatives, representing the brand at trade shows, festivals, and community events. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Utilize public speaking skills to present the brand message clearly at various events. Collaborate with the sales team to drive product sales through effective branding strategies. Assist in developing marketing materials that align with the brand's identity.

Experience

Previous experience in food service or customer service is preferred. Familiarity with data collection methods and tools is an advantage. Experience in social media management and content creation is highly desirable. Background in sales or event marketing will be beneficial for this role. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply as it enhances communication with diverse audiences. Strong branding skills with the ability to articulate the brand's message effectively.
