POSITION OVERVIEW: Behavior Technician Trainees implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment programs with CARD patients and families under the direction of a Clinical Supervisor. Treatment plans are designed to address skill acquisition as well as challenging behavior reduction, and may occur in a variety of settings including the CARD center, patient\xe2\x80\x99s home, school, community, or via telehealth. This is an hourly, non-exempt, part-time position. Acquire valuable career skills, such as: \xc2\xb7 Understand autism and how to treat the deficits and behaviors associated with the diagnosis \xc2\xb7 learn applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and procedures \xc2\xb7 Implement treatment plans across multiple domains, including language, social, cognitive, executive functions, adaptive, and independent living, as well as pre-employment and vocational skills \xc2\xb7 How to implement ABA programs in the natural environment, such as the home, school, place of employment, and community; and \xc2\xb7 Work with applications, games, and web-based technology via an iPad www.centerforautism.com Job Type: Part-time Pay: $17.00 - $18.75 per hour Benefits:
