LiveView Technologies (LVT) is seeking a skilled and customer-focused Enterprise Account Manager to join our sales team. The Enterprise Account Manager will be responsible for nurturing and expanding relationships with existing enterprise-level clients, maximizing customer satisfaction, and driving revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned enterprise accounts, fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Customer Engagement: Proactively engage with clients to understand their evolving needs, challenges, and objectives, and position LVT\'s solutions as strategic assets to address those needs.
  • Upselling and Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts by upselling additional products, services, or upgrades, and cross-selling complementary solutions to drive incremental revenue.
  • Solution Expansion: Collaborate with internal teams including sales, product development, and customer success to identify opportunities for solution expansion within existing accounts, such as deploying additional cameras or integrating new features.
  • Renewals and Retention: Work closely with clients to ensure successful renewals of existing contracts, mitigating churn risk, and proactively addressing any concerns or issues to maintain high customer satisfaction and retention rates.
  • Account Planning: Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue targets, track progress against goals, and identify areas for growth and improvement.
  • Revenue Forecasting: Provide accurate and timely revenue forecasts for assigned accounts, leveraging insights from customer interactions and sales data to inform forecasting models.
  • Customer Advocacy: Act as a customer advocate within the organization, representing the voice of the customer and providing feedback to inform product development, marketing initiatives, and overall business strategy.
Experience:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven track record of success in account management, client retention, and revenue growth within a B2B sales environment, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with senior-level executives and decision-makers.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for revenue expansion and develop actionable account plans to achieve objectives.
  • Results-driven and customer-focused, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service and value to clients.
  • Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) for account management, pipeline tracking, and reporting.
