Molded Dimensions, a leading manufacturer of precision molded rubber and cast polyurethane products, is continuing to grow and expand. Based in Port Washington, we are a premier provider of custom mold parts unique to the marketplace. MD provides individuals the opportunity to grow in a career where contributions are recognized and rewarded! We are currently seeking an Engineering Technician to join our Technical Services team. The Engineering Technician will work closely in supporting the engineers, quality manager and chemist in an administrative capacity. A successful Engineering Technician is highly data focused, requires good organizational and communication skills, logical thinking and have the ability to understand engineering prints and terminology. Strong attention to detail towards results is imperative. Essential Job Duties: \xc2\xb7 Create and edit items and Bills of Manufacture (BOM) in IQMS ERP System \xc2\xb7 Maintain accuracy of ERP data by executing ECO\xe2\x80\x99s \xc2\xb7 Review, compare, and analyze engineering drawings and specifications. \xc2\xb7 Assist Chemist with testing of standard, experimental and supplied material samples: o Cut samples; perform tensile and compression testing o FTIR testing o Maintain data records \xc2\xb7 Maintain SDS books \xc2\xb7 Investigate significant BOM/costing variances Education and Experience: \xc2\xb7 High school diploma or equivalent required with the combination of education, experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the essential functions of this position. \xc2\xb7 Proficient in Microsoft Office, including advanced data functions in Excel. \xc2\xb7 Minimum of two (2) years\xe2\x80\x99 data entry experience \xc2\xb7 Highly effective time organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and adjust to the needs and requests for assistance for all departments.

• Excellent analytical skills: Ability to collect and analyze data and present findings.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Familiar with a manufacturing environment.
