Engineering Intern Or Co Op

Job Description
Assist engineering group supporting capital projects in an operating specialty chemical plant.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist project engineers with active projects
- Updating drawings
- Develop/review project documentation
- Develop spare parts lists for new equipment
- Completion of sophomore college year in any engineering discipline - chemical, mechanical, or electrical preferred
- Outgoing, ability to work independently
- Good communication skills
- Decision making/Problem solving skills
- Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD
- Intern: 8-12 weeks
- Market competitive hourly rate
- Overtime eligible
- Paid observed holidays
Expectations:
- Prompt and regular attendance;
- Comply with all site policy & training requirements;
- Satisfactorily perform duties as assigned;
- Participation in site Intern/Co-op events & activities; and
- Final presentation of Intern/Co-op activities & learnings.
