Provides technical guidance and support in the areas of general maintenance of the physical plant, hospital building and grounds
REQUIRED:Ten (10) years experience in facilities maintenance, HVAC installation / repair, or Power Plant Operations / Maintenance. Demonstrated ability in general areas of structural, mechanical, electrical, and minor hospital repair. Demonstrated ability to read blueprints and understand minor construction estimating and material usage. * Knowledge of NFPA 101 Life Safety Code and NFPA 99 Healthcare Code Familiar with JCAHO Environment of Care Standards
