Role Overview



We are looking for a highly organized and technically curious

Engineering Coordinator

to support our Engineering team across mechanical, electrical/PCB, and embedded/software workstreams. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structure, thrives on clarity, and wants to contribute meaningfully to product quality, documentation, and cross-functional execution.

You will help the team move faster by managing engineering documentation, supporting product lifecycle processes, coordinating testing and reviews, tracking key deliverables, and ensuring our engineering workflows are reliable, complete, and audit-ready. This role is essential in improving the consistency, accuracy, and throughput of our Engineering organization.

Key ResponsibilitiesEngineering Operations & Documentation



Maintain engineering documentation, drawings, product specs, BOMs, ECOs, and revision history. Coordinate updates to design standards, PCB specifications, test plans, and compliance documentation. Support the release process for product revisions and new components. Ensure accurate filing, naming, version control, and cross-team visibility.

Project & Process Coordination



Track engineering tasks and deliverables across mechanical, electrical/PCB, and software domains. Facilitate communication between Engineering, Applications, Production, and Sales. Help prepare for design reviews, feasibility checkpoints, and validation activities. Support red-tag investigations, RMA root-cause tracking, and quality-driven engineering actions.

Testing & Technical Support



Assist with organizing PCB and product test plans (development and manufacturing). Coordinate internal/external testing resources and test execution schedules. Maintain testing logs, records, and reports for engineering and compliance needs.

Lifecycle & Supplier Coordination



Help maintain documentation, revision packages, compliance files, and vendor communication. Support cost-reduction reviews, component updates, and supplier-driven changes. Organize consulting or third-party engineering resources as needed.

General Engineering Support



Prepare structured engineering packets, summaries, reports, and meeting notes. Maintain lab organization, tracking logs, equipment lists, and calibration records. Assist with process improvement efforts across the Engineering team.

Required Qualifications



1-3 years of experience in engineering support, technical coordination, documentation control, or similar administrative/technical role. Strong organization, documentation, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain consistent accuracy. Comfort working in a technical environment (mechanical, electrical, or software). Proficiency with Microsoft Office / 365 tools.

Preferred Qualifications



Experience with engineering documentation systems. Exposure to PCB manufacturing, embedded hardware, or product lifecycle workflows. Understanding of mechanical prints, electrical schematics, or engineering terminology. Familiarity with ISO, quality processes, or compliance documentation.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
