Job Description

Provides employee health services for employees, physicians, volunteers and contract staff to include screenings, immunizations and illness reporting.



Provides employee health services to new employees, incumbent employees and others presenting for service. + Utilizes established protocols.
+ Reporting and documentation is accurate and concise, indicating necessary follow-up.
+ Facilitates employee health education utilizing appropriate resources.
+ Provides assistance with processing of employee injury claims as requested.


Education:


Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university state-approved nursing program
Experience:


* 3 years working in medical/surgical, community health or emergency department setting
