About the Role




The

Employee Experience Manager

plays a key role in shaping the employee journey from start to finish -- from pre-employment to exit. This role ensures a smooth, compliant, and values-aligned experience for every employee. You'll coordinate onboarding and offboarding, manage key HR processes, and serve as a trusted point of contact for new hires and separating staff.

What You'll Do



Coordinate all pre-employment tasks: background checks, drug screens, credentialing, and I-9/E-Verify. Facilitate the First Day Experience and monthly New Employee Orientation (NEO)sessions. Track new hire progress, compliance deadlines, and 90-day check-ins. Manage offboarding processes including resignations, retirements, and terminations. Conduct exit interviews and provide monthly reporting on trends. Partner with IT and Payroll to ensure access removal, equipment returns, and accurate final pay. Maintain HRIS data, onboarding/offboarding documentation, and compliance records. Support audits and reporting requests, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

What You Bring



Required:



Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field. 2+ years of HR experience (onboarding, compliance, or generalist). Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices. Experience using HRIS systems (Paycom preferred). Excellent attention to detail, organization, and confidentiality.

Preferred:



Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field. Prior experience in employee lifecycle management or record auditing.
