Job Description
Lucky Towing is looking for
responsible and safety-focused Emergency Roadside Assistant
to join our team for the2025/2026 season
. This position requiresa valid driver's license and the ability to meet DOT certification and insurance requirements
. If you're reliable, professional, and ready to assist motorists in need, we want to hear from you!Key Responsibilities:
Operate a service vehicle safely and efficiently.
Provide roadside assistance services, including
lockouts, tire changes, battery jumps and installs
Ensure
compliance with DOT regulations and company safety standards
.Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers to provide timely service.
Maintain accurate service records and vehicle logs.
Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of assigned service vehicle.
Requirements:
Valid driver's license (CDL preferred but not required).
DOT certification or ability to obtain one if needed.
Clean driving record that meets strict insurance requirements.

Insurance will review all driving activity, including incidents without fault or tickets.
o
Excessive speeding or multiple violations may disqualify applicants.
Ability to
pass a drug test and meet DOT compliance standards
.Previous experience in roadside assistance is a plus, but training is available.
Strong Customer Service and problem-solving skills.
Availability to work
flexible hours
, including nights, weekends, and holidays.Compensation & Benefits:
