  • Support the Corteva Agriscience Corporate Security organization with expert analysis and timely intelligence that identify emerging security threats, risks and trends to better inform decision-making.
  • Conduct and oversee complex investigations such as financial and theft of trade secrets.
  • Monitor public record/open-source tools and information and develop internal and external intelligence resources in a global environment.
  • Perform security assessments and analysis to support all facets of company security (i.e. operational, physical, cyber, event, travel, executive, etc.).
  • Coordinates global executive protection and is the primary contact for executive protection needs globally.
  • Supports Corporate Security investigations by use of company tools and expert support.
  • Serves as investigation subject matter expert.
  • Some travel is required.

Strategic
  • Understand the strategy and associated plans for the Corporate Security organization and utilize expertise to support effective implementation and compliance.
  • Work with Corporate Security Center of Expertise team to establish strategy, priorities, resources and systems.
  • Actively participates in external associations and partners with other companies to leverage improvements and best practices.
Core
  • Actively monitor, collect, collate, validate, and evaluate internal and external data and conduct strategic and tactical analysis on relevant threats to the company and employees.
  • Conduct and oversee theft of trade secrets investigations. Includes evidence collection/dissemination, reviews, collaboration, and reporting.
  • Effectively document and communicate intelligence information, (both orally and in writing) to Corporate Security leadership, team, and other key stakeholders.
  • Evaluate global events for potential impact to the company.
  • Develop expertise to discern the trends and warnings, and provide an accurate understanding of present and future threats to the company
  • Provide input on potential risk mitigation measures.
  • Collaborate and benchmark with other companies or individuals conducting similar work. As well as initiate, execute and maintain intelligence relationships inside and outside the organization, as directed.
  • Support and assist with other Corporate Security responsibilities and activities (e.g. corporate events, facility security, etc.)
  • Coordinating executive security in support of the Chief Executive Officer, and other identified key personnel globally - including oversight of Board of Director meetings, and any other special events/activities requiring heightened security focus.
Processes
  • Input and review on the development and implementation of intelligence collection tools, templates, and resources.
  • Implements feedback processes on value and effectiveness of intelligence products.
  • Assists in coaching and training clients and stakeholders on the relevancy and inherent limitations of intelligence analysis
  • Subject matter expert on intelligence tools and processes.
  • Assist Corporate Security Stakeholders in setting up threat intelligence streams within the corporate tools.
  • Membership and case development for company insider threat tools and processes.
People
  • Mentor/coach team members and partners to enhance collaboration and build individual and team capabilities.
  • Manage supplier of intelligence programs.
  • Escalation of threats and cases to senior level leadership within the company.
  • Training and coaching Corporate Security Team members on threat intelligence tools and resources.

Qualifications


Requirements \xe2\x80\x93 What you\'ll bring to the table.
  • 10+ years of intelligence program/project experience in a corporate, military, law enforcement, or government environment
  • Experience in criminal justice or related field plus intelligence analysis
  • 5 Years Leading complex investigations such as financial and theft of trade secret investigations.
  • Experience working with international law enforcement and government agencies.
  • Bachelor\'s degree required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Preferred prior federal law enforcement experience.

  • This role requires a solid understanding of business, intelligence, cyber, geo-politics, protective operations and strategy with a principled approach towards managing the overall intelligence process.
  • Broad understanding of the risks facing the technology industry, including current and emerging digital innovations and trends.
  • Making decisions consistent with the vision and strategy for the function and articulating these decisions to key stakeholders.
  • Passionate about current events with an understanding of both physical and cyber related security issues affecting multi-nationals.
  • Make recommendations on security effectiveness, efficiency and continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Ability to leverage expertise to a global audience.
  • Developing and maintaining open and clear communications and processes for issue resolution throughout the functional team.
  • Developing and maintaining efficient strategic relationships and communications that bring value to the company with other functions or teams as needed.
  • Ability to quickly and efficiently synthesize and summarize information from multiple sources into concise, analytic assessments.
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to apply critical thinking to diverse information sets.
  • Ability to analyze and resolve non-routine problems.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and set priorities.
  • Excellent consultation, facilitation, and influencing skills.
