Key Responsibilities
Respond to assigned fire and smoke loss opportunities
Professionally present emergency restoration services
Obtain signed service authorizations
Coordinate job handoff with operations
Accurately collect job and customer information
Represent the company in a professional and compliant manner
Qualifications
Sales experience preferred (restoration, roofing, or insurance-related industries a plus)
Ability to work on an on-call basis, including nights and weekends
Strong communication and closing skills
Reliable transportation and smartphone
Comfortable operating in urgent, time-sensitive situations
Ability to work independently
