The Digital Lab Email Specialist is part of the HCP CRM Digital Lab team and will be responsible for creating and routing iterative email content for HCP marketing teams.
Responsibilities include:
Create iterative email content for A/B tests using the Knak email platform by leveraging existing emails, cloning the existing emails, and building test and learn content to improve our engagement rates
Share email content testing ideas with CX brand leads and brand marketers to gain alignment prior to submitting for review
Partner with the internal agency when any design files need updating
Route emails that have been created through the Material Review Process to gain approval before handoff to the Marketing Automation team. This includes serving as Project originator for review process and functional testing in highly regulated environment.
Update email inventory for brands you\'re supporting so we have an enterprise view of all the types of emails and recommend if a new enterprise email template should be created for all brands to leverage
Provide enhancement ideas and any issues with the email content creation tool to the email product owner to inform the enhancement roadmap.
Participate in agency feedback sessions to gain exposure to other advertising agencies using the tool

Qualifications:
Bachelor\'s Degree in Graphic Design, Business or Marketing or equivalent experience
1 year of experience of Email Marketing Experience creating, building and executing emails
Digital marketing or interactive agency experience is a plus
Ability to think strategically with a strong ability to execute and exceed stakeholder expectations and project goals.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong client service and project management skills; in particular, must have the ability to communicate with both business and technical individuals effectively
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Experience in Pharma preferred but not required.
