Summary/Objective

Tempus Unlimited is looking for an Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) Support in our Stoughton, Springfield or Salem Massachusetts offices.

Fulltime, Monday \xe2\x80\x93 Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm, 35 hours a week, hybrid 2 days in office 3 days home

The qualified Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) Support will be responsible for supporting Tempus Unlimited Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) program. This involves a broad range of activities through training, implementation, rollout, and ongoing support, requiring system management and communication skills. Assure ongoing compliance with Tempus quality and FI contract requirements.

Key responsibilities:

\xc2\xb7 Assist Consumers and Personal Care Attendants (PCA) through training, implementation, rollout and ongoing support

\xc2\xb7 Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) account set up

\xc2\xb7 Guide Consumers and PCA\'s with entering and adjusting timesheet shifts

\xc2\xb7 Troubleshoot (e.g.) logging in to the Services Portal Unified Consumer Application (UCP) and the HHAeXchange+ Unified Mobile Application (UMA) device

\xc2\xb7 Virtual and call center customer service experience

\xc2\xb7 Time management skills

\xc2\xb7 Microsoft Suite operating system experience

\xc2\xb7 Patience and empathy, will be working with persons with disabilities

\xc2\xb7 Ability to learn quickly, multi-task and meet deadlines

\xc2\xb7 Strong interpersonal and analytical skills

\xc2\xb7 Strong written and verbal communication skills

\xc2\xb7 Excellent organizational skills

Requirements:

Required Education and Experience

\xc2\xb7 High School acceptable but college preferred

\xc2\xb7 Software and/or technical support

\xc2\xb7 Customer service focused

\xc2\xb7 Microsoft Suite experience
