Compensation



Hourly Range:

$31.25 - $43.21

About the Role



We are seeking a

Quality Electronic Technician

to join our team in Anchorage, AK. This role supports daily operations at our Alaska facility, including

product testing, production paperwork, and shipping coordination

. You'll work onsite (1st shift, Monday-Friday) at our business unit, which delivers customized solutions for

Special Mission, Military & Defense, Military Trainer, Business, and General Aviation industries

.

Responsibilities



Receive and ship products between the Alaska and Mineral Wells facilities Perform product testing following released procedures, completing documentation and applying labels/placards as required Operate production and test equipment (DVM, oscilloscope, etc.) Coordinate with Manufacturing Engineering on process improvements, workflow, and workspace efficiency Communicate with Operations, Engineering, and Quality management across sites to support production Ensure processes, tooling, and calibration of monitoring/measuring equipment conform to specifications Maintain uninterrupted production coverage in the Alaska facility Adhere to ESD practices and safety requirements

Qualifications



Technical Associate degree/certification

or

5+ years' experience in a manufacturing/testing environment Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and duties Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, technical procedures, and safety policies Strong problem-solving and data analysis skills Ability to write reports, procedure manuals, and communicate effectively across teams Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Pay: $64,000.00 - $89,000.00 per year
