SUMMARY:

As a BMS Electrician Foreman, you will oversee electrical installations and ensure compliance with safety standards on construction sites. Your role involves managing project schedules, supervising teams, and maintaining budgets. RESPONSIBILITIES:

Advanced knowledge of electrical code, schematic and blueprint reading Demonstrates ability to layout conduit systems, basic control systems, and feeders. Pro?cient installation of raceway systems, EMT & rigid conduit bending Line Voltage Branch circuit wiring Cleans and maintains job site, tools, and vehicles. Control panel fabrication Wire termination and wire installation both low and high voltage Provides technical assistance to other ?eld employees as needed. Maintains compliance with all OSHA, Dual Temp, and customer-speci?c safety requirements along with immediately identifying, correcting, and/or reporting any unsafe acts, conditions, or incidents in a timely manner.

REQUIREMENTS:

Min 5 years of steady employment working on electrical construction projects Ability to follow diagrams, instructions & electrical code

Valid PA Master Electrician License

Proven leadership and communication skills OSHA 30 preferred*
Experience in BMS-specific electrical systems preferred*

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Experience:

Commercial Electrician: 5 years (Preferred)
