ELECTRICAL PROJECT MANAGER/ESTIMATOR

Your Role
Your responsibilities will be multifaceted, encompassing the management of customer relations, project scheduling, and contractual details, among others. You\'ll also be essential in improving the systems and processes used by our department, always striving for customer satisfaction and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

- Foster existing client relationships and cultivate new ones
- Provide clear project information to field foreman and contractors
- Ensure project permitting and inspections are completed proactively
- Develop and manage contracts with commercial/residential contractors
- Evaluate and improve the department\'s systems and processes
- Manage work orders, contracts, and scheduling to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Prioritize the maintenance and repairs of company equipment

What We\'re Looking For
- 10+ years of fieldwork experience
- Proficiency in project scheduling, bids, take-offs, change orders, and contracts
- Exceptional analytical, motivational, and leadership skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Professional demeanor and a strong work ethic
- Valid driver\xe2\x80\x99s license with a good driving record
- Must pass a background check/drug test
- Journeyman or Master Electrician\'s license is a plus, but not required
